In comparison to matched normal tissues, UBE2C demonstrated significant overexpression in 28 different cancers, including ACC, BLCA, BRCA, CESC, COAD, DLBC, ESCA, GBM, HNSC, KICH, KIRC, KIRP, LAML, LGG, LIHC, LUAD, LUSC, OV, PAAD, PRAD, READ, SKCM, STAD, TGCT, THCA, THYM, UCEC, and UCS (Figure 8A; all p<0.05).
