Ultimately, the most common molecular SCLC subtypes among the evaluated specimens was SCLC-A (ASCL1-dominant) with 54%, SCLC-QN (quadruple negative) with 27%, SCLC-AN (combined ASCL1/NEUROD1-dominant) and SCLC-P (POU2F3) with 7%, and SCLC-N (NEUROD1) with 6% of the cases (Fig. 1).
