We found that sirolimus, rosuvastatin, and CABG have 96 shared targets that are significantly linked to various biological activities, including the negative regulation of apoptotic process, regulation of inflammatory response, ECM disassembly and organization, cellular oxidative stress, and pathways, such as PI3K-Akt, MAPK, TNF, IL-17, fluid shear stress, lipid and atherosclerosis (Fig. 5 and Additional file 1: Tables S10–S13). The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is atherosclerosis.
