An increasing body of evidence has shown that HMGA2 is overexpressed in most tumor tissues or cancers, except for GC, NSCLC, CRC, BC, and esophageal cancer, also including thyroid cancer, bladder cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, tongue cancer, and kidney cancer (104–109) (Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene HMGA2 and cervical carcinoma.
