The 5 SRPs significantly associated with AMD risk were: CCL1 (OR = 1.012, 95% CI: 1.007–1.018, IVW-P = 3.44E-6), CCL3L1 (OR = 1.012, 95% CI: 1.006–1.018, IVW-P = 3.1E-5), CTNNB1 (OR = 1.012, 95% CI: 1.006–1.018, IVW-P = 3.89E-5), CSF2RB (OR = 1.019, 95% CI: 1.009–1.029, IVW-P = 8.18E-5), C3b (OR = 1.024, 95% CI: 1.012–1.036, IVW-P = 1.37E-4). This evidence concerns the gene CSF2RB and age-related macular degeneration.
