Survival analysis indicated that patients with both “FXR high” and “IL-6 high” (characterized by FXRhighIL-6high) NSCLC, FXRhighIL-6SThigh NSCLC, or FXRhighp-STAT3high NSCLC had a significantly worse progression-free survival (PFS) as compared with FXRlowIL-6low, FXRlowIL-6STlow, and FXRlowp-STAT3low NSCLC patients, respectively (Fig. 6H–J).
