To characterize CD4+ T cells in various autoimmune properties, we performed scRNA-seq and T cell receptor (TCR)-seq using droplet-based single-cell isolation technology and profiled CD4+ T cells, which were collected from three healthy donors, three myasthenia gravis (MG) patients, four multiple sclerosis (MS) patients, and three systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients (Figures 1A–1D; Table S1). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and multiple sclerosis.
