Bcl11b (also known as Ctip2) is a zinc finger transcription factor that has been implicated in various disorders of the nervous system including Alzheimer’s and Huntington’s disease, and schizophrenia (Kunkle et al., 2016; Song et al., 2022; Whitton et al., 2018; Whitton et al., 2016). Here, BCL11B is linked to juvenile Huntington disease.
