RAF1 and breast cancer: As shown in Figure 1A, we analyzed RAF1 mRNA expression levels and protein expression in ER (±), PR (±), and HER2 (±) breast cancer samples using the Kaplan-Meier database.30 We found that HER2 (±) breast cancer cases with RAF1 high expression had a shorter survival time (p = .037, p = .042), and high RAF1 mRNA expression had a shorter survival time (p = .033, p = .018).
