To further investigate the role of the SET-ZBTB11 interaction in the metastatic regulation of cancer cells, we evaluated whether re-expression of RNAi-resistant full-length SET (re-FH-SET-FL) or acidic domain-deleted SET (re-FH-SET-ΔAD) is able to rescue the reduced cell migration and invasion caused by depletion of endogenous SET in H1299-ZBTB11-SFB stable cells (Supplementary Fig. 3a).
