To evaluate the clinical relevance of ZBTB11 and SET in lung cancer progression, we analyzed the TCGA database (https://ualcan.path.uab.edu/analysis.html)67 and found that the high expression of both ZBTB11 and SET was positively correlated with LUAD or LUSC (Fig. 9a and Supplementary Fig. 10f). The gene discussed is ZBTB11; the disease is lung cancer.
