CD34 and acute myeloid leukemia: We examined which clusters expressed t(8;21) AML-specific genes by defining 88 genes whose expression was at least 2-fold higher in t(8;21) patients compared to other AML subtypes or healthy CD34+ PBSCs (Supplementary Fig. 1J), and plotting the Z-score of the expression of these 88 genes across the clusters ordered by pseudotime (Fig. 1F).
