To further support this, we performed immumo‐histochemical staining (IHC) with pS417‐AGO2 antibody to detect the levels of pS417‐AGO2 in NSCLC tissue arrays (Table S2, Supporting Information) and Lung cancer tissue arrays (Table S3, Supporting Information), showing that the levels of pS417‐AGO2 were significantly higher in tumors than those in normal tissues (Figure 4H–J; Figure S4D, Supporting Information). This evidence concerns the gene AGO2 and lung carcinoma.
