In the PCa group, a median of 21.10 and 49.55 (range of 6.66%–36.70% and 31.00%–52.20%) of the mature DCs were positive for CD80 and CD86, compared to a median of 43.70 and 76.10 (range of 38.50%–47.20% and 60.60%–98.50%) in the HD group; p = .007 and p = .003, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene CD80 and posterior cortical atrophy.
