We have also revealed the potential therapeutic value of targeting SMUG1, NTHL1, PARP3, NTRK1, YTHDF2, PDK1, CD274, HEY1, PDCD10 and MAGEA1 which are differentially expressed in cisplatin‐resistant NSCLC cells. The gene discussed is PARP3; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
