PARP3 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Functional analysis showed that SMUG1 (logFC: −2.11628, p.value: 6.30E‐14), PARP3 (logFC: 2.105644, p.value: 6.53E‐10), and NTHL1 (logFC: −2.72506, p.value: 1.25E‐05) were the dysregulated genes in the base excision repair (BER) pathway, which could modulate chemoresistance in NSCLC.
