FCER1G and asthma: The results showed that the top 10 hub genes interacted with S100A8, S100A9, LILRB3, FCER1G, MCER1G and MMP25. Functional enrichment analysis showed that these genes were mainly related to myeloid leukocyte migration, immune receptor activity, leukocyte chemotaxis, neuroinflammatory response, neutrophil migration, regulation of inflammatory and cell chemotaxis, which further demonstrated the importance of these 10 targets in the immune regulation of asthma severity.
