In the HNSCC expansion cohort of the first-in-human feladilimab study INDUCE-1 (NCT02723955), feladilimab monotherapy and combination therapy with pembrolizumab (a programmed death receptor protein 1 [PD-1]-targeting mAb) had a manageable safety profile and showed evidence of antitumor activity in patients with HNSCC who previously received anti-PD-1/programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) treatment [14]. Here, CD274 is linked to head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
