Hussein (12) reported a case of a pituitary tumor secreting both GH and PRL in combination with GD, initially presenting with progressive headache, weight loss, and hypogonadism, in which thyroid hormone, GH, and PRL levels returned to normal, and the size of the pituitary mass was markedly reduced, after treatment with cabergoline and carbimazole. The gene discussed is GH1; the disease is pituitary tumor.
