Hussein (12) reported a case of a pituitary tumor secreting both GH and PRL in combination with GD, initially presenting with progressive headache, weight loss, and hypogonadism, in which thyroid hormone, GH, and PRL levels returned to normal, and the size of the pituitary mass was markedly reduced, after treatment with cabergoline and carbimazole. This evidence concerns the gene TG and hypogonadism.
