CRP and susceptibility to pneumonia measurement: In our study, the inflammation indicators, such as Hs-CRP and SAA, were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P<0.05).However, in the Logistic regression analysis of risk factors for increased SCCA, the P values of them did not reach the statistical significance (P= 0.065).Therefore, we consider that SCCA might be involved in mediating the inflammatory response in patients with pneumonia, but we have not conducted relevant experiments and in-depth research analysis, and more studies are needed to confirm this situation in the future.
