ZNF683, the core marker of CD8.c10 (Supplementary Figure S1I), was recently proven to serve as a marker of responding Trm cells following ICI therapy in HNSCC (9) and Richter syndrome (56) and is indeed located at relatively early differentiation stages in TIL trajectories (48) (Figure 1J). The gene discussed is ZNF683; the disease is head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
