ZNF683, the core marker of CD8.c10 (Supplementary Figure S1I), was recently proven to serve as a marker of responding Trm cells following ICI therapy in HNSCC (9) and Richter syndrome (56) and is indeed located at relatively early differentiation stages in TIL trajectories (48) (Figure 1J). This evidence concerns the gene ZNF683 and Richter syndrome.
