NANOG and cancer: Insofar that such transitions might reinforce the drug resistance of malignant tumors, in-depth investigation of the causes and therapeutic implications of the abnormal mitosis and non-mitosis modes of cell proliferation in various types of malignant cancers, as well as their relationships with the cancer stem cells over expressing markers such as Oct14 and Nanog, could be important to the development of more effective anti-cancer therapies.
