The results of bioinformatics analysis suggested that in the three datasets of 243_g_at (Fig. 2A), 200836_s_at (Fig. 2B) and 212567_g_at (Fig. 2C), the expression level of MAP4 was negatively correlated with the progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) times of lung adenocarcinoma patients (Fig. 2D). Here, MAP4 is linked to lung adenocarcinoma.
