For the patients with parathyroid neoplasms (PC, APT and PA), higher serum iPTH was associated with Ki-67 > 5% (P = 0.035), positive EZH2 (P < 0.001), galectin-3 (P = 0.002) and PGP9.5 staining (P = 0.027). The gene discussed is EZH2; the disease is pachyonychia congenita.
