HLA-B and astrocytoma (excluding glioblastoma): are partially supported by the findings previously published studies in 2018 by Luoto et al., which analyzed RNA‐seq and methylation data of 154 GBM (current nomenclature is WHO grade IV diffuse glioma) from TCGA, and reported lower expression and higher DNA methylation of HLA‐A, HLA‐B, and HLA‐C in IDH‐mutant GBMs (current nomenclature is WHO grade IV IDH‐mutant astrocytoma).
