Increased expression of c-FLIP isoforms has been reported in various types of cancers, including colorectal [24,26,27], bladder urothelial cancer [28], cervical cancer [29], Burkitt’s lymphoma [1], non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma [30], head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) [31], and hepatocellular carcinoma [32]. Here, CFLAR is linked to head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
