PET/CT using PSMA ligands labeled with gallium-68 (e.g., [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11) or with fluorine-18 (e.g., [18F]PSMA-1007) has become a standard diagnostic tool [3], and more recently, PSMA ligands labeled with beta or alpha radiation emitters have been introduced into the treatment of disseminated prostate cancer. Here, FOLH1 is linked to prostate carcinoma.
