The risk of NSCLC in individuals with higher plasma levels of IL-6 was 10.687 times (95% CI: 3.875, 29.473) that of the low-level group, and similarly, the risk was 8.113 times (95% CI: 3.182, 20.689) higher for those with high levels of IL-1RA. This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
