In more detail, K19 tubular expression was found to be significantly higher in patients with ANCA-associated vasculitis compared to controls and patients with MCD and FSGS (−4.278, 95% CI −7.194 to −1.363, p = 0.0015, −3.545, 95% CI −6.461 to −0.63, p = 0.0108, −3.097, 95% CI −5.71 to −0.48, p = 0.0137, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene KRT19 and anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis.
