The analysis of biomarkers in saliva offers an easy and noninvasive way to search for mutations in RNAs and miRNAs of genes such as MBD3L2, KRAS, ACRV1 and DPMI, among others, which could assist in differentiating pancreatic cancer patients from CP patients and healthy control [20]. This evidence concerns the gene MBD3L2 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
