NPPB and hydrops fetalis: Dividing the population into four NT proBNP quartiles (Q1–Q4), a reduction in the composite endpoint of cardiovascular death or HF first hospitalization was observed for Q1–Q3 compared to placebo (the NT proBNP values for each quartile are Q1, ≤1556 pg/mL, Q2, >1556–2816 pg/mL and Q3, >2816–5314 pg/mL), while Vericiguat seems to perform worse in patients of Q4 (NT proBNP values >5314 pg/mL) compared to placebo.
