AXIN2 and thymoma: Vodička et al. utilized reverse-transcription–quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) to analyze the mRNA expression levels of CTNNB1, CCND1, MYC, AXIN2, and CDH1 [33], which were overexpressed in thymomas compared to control samples, with the exception of AXIN2 in Type B thymomas [33].
