Additionally, the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) recommends anti-TNFα monoclonal antibodies (adalimumab and infliximab) over soluble TNF receptors (etanercept) to reduce uveitis recurrence [11], and Guidelines from the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) state that infliximab and adalimumab effectively prevent uveitis recurrence, while etanercept is considered less effective [12].
