In cCHF patients, higher SLC2A4 skeletal muscle expression was associated with SOCS3 (r = 0.9, p < 0.03) only and not with SOCS1 (p > 0.16), STAT1 (p > 0.8), STAT3 (p > 0.5), TNF (p > 0.3), IL-10 (p > 0.7) or TGFB1 (p > 0.3) PBC expressions. This evidence concerns the gene SLC2A4 and primary biliary cholangitis.
