For the R/R AML cohort, in patients with DNMT3A mutation, FLT3mut patients displayed inferior survival than FLT3wt patients (hazard ratio [HR], 2.7; 95% CI: 1.0–7.2; p = 0.048; Figure S2B) and had superior survival than FLT3wt patients in those without DNMT3A mutation (HR, 0.4; 95% CI: 0.1–0.9; p = 0.038; Figure S2B). This evidence concerns the gene DNMT3A and acute myeloid leukemia.
