Regarding the biological significance of THRAP3 expression in different cancers, THRAP3 was predicted to be a positive regulator of the lysosome, vacuole, centrosome, and cell growth, and to participate in regulating cancer-related pathways, including the PI3K-Akt, Hippo, MAPK, Rap1, calcium, hedgehog pathways. Here, THRAP3 is linked to cancer.
