The Rare Oncology Agnostic Research (ROAR) basket trial evaluated the activity and safety of dabrafenib and trametinib combination therapy in patients with BRAF V600E-positive anaplastic thyroid cancer, biliary tract cancer, gastrointestinal stromal tumour, small bowel adenocarcinoma, non-seminomatous or non-germinomatous germ cell tumour, and mutated rare cancers, including hairy cell leukaemia, low-grade gliomas, high-grade gliomas, and multiple myeloma. This evidence concerns the gene BRAF and central nervous system cancer.
