Through immunohistochemical staining with CD206 and CD66b (Fig. 8E), as well as flow cytometric analysis of CD68 + CD206+ (M2 macrophages) and CD14 + CD66b+ (neutrophils) (Fig. 8F), we found that BNST tumor samples exhibited a higher accumulation of M2 macrophages (M2 mac) and a lower presence of neutrophils (neu).
