NFKB1 and primary cutaneous T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma: Although BTZ has shown to be safe and increase the OS in these patients and ixazomib was shown to be less effective, it has drawn attention in relapsed/refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) and PTCL through inhibition of NF-κB/GATA-3 axis in a clinical trial and was suggested that it might be effective in combination with other therapeutic agents [196–198].
