GSVA enrichment analysis revealed that ek1-ek4 showed the high GSVA scores in pathway involved in immune signaling (e.g., interleukins, immunoglobulins, centrocyte toxicity), tyrosine metabolism, epithelial cell development, and HNSCC marker genes, whereas the low GSVA scores in ECM, NADPH, oxidative phosphorylation, ribosome metabolism, protease metabolism, integrins and complement pathways. Here, EPHA3 is linked to head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
