The KEGG results showed that these potential target genes were enriched in a total of 206 pathways, of which 60 pathways were significantly different (p < 0.05), including focal adhesion, the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, the Rap1 signaling pathway, microRNAs in cancer and human papillomavirus infection (Figure 7B). The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is cancer.
