To investigate the biological behavior of the high-risk group, we analyzed by GSVA and found that the high-risk group was mainly enriched pathway in adipocytokine signaling pathway, lysine degradation, glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis-heparan sulfate, glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis-chondroitin sulfate, acute myeloid leukemia, gap junction, axon guidance, focal adhesion, TGF-β signaling pathway, dorso-ventral axis formation, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), ECM-receptor interaction, hedgehog signaling pathway, basal cell carcinoma (Figure 7B). Here, TGFB1 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
