ERBB2 and memory impairment: Figure 5B demonstrates the difference in the number of cases of AEs involving nervous system disorders reported by users of monotherapy with seven different HER2 inhibitors. The percentage of patients whose outcome was death fluctuated from 3.36% to 17.4% of the total. Neuropathy, headache, dizziness, paraesthesia, and memory impairment are common PTs (Figure 5C). The results of the disproportionality analysis suggested that cerebral haemorrhage is a positive signal for TDM-1 and T-DXd (Figure 5D).
