Considering the known function of HSP90 in mediating MYC stability [31] and work that postulated HSP90 as a drug target in MYC-driven B-cell lymphoma [32], we hypothesized that a coordinated regulation between HSP90 and MYC (and its targets) drives the development of CAR-T resistance. This evidence concerns the gene HSP90AA1 and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
