INS and cancer: The results revealed that modules were more involved in the Ras signaling pathway, p53 signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, protein processing in endoplasmic reticulum, proteoglycans in cancer, focal adhesion, Rap1 signaling pathway, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, HIF-1 signaling pathway, FoxO signaling pathway, ErbB signaling pathway, and insulin signaling pathway (Fig 4 and S9 Table).
