TP53 and cancer: Despite a non-functional p53, centrinone B treatment strongly repressed the growth of CSC-406 and POP-092 cancer colorectal organoids (~93% and 84% decrease in the average organoid area respectively) (Fig 2A and 2B) whereas the POP-112 line was relatively resistant to centrosome loss (only ~22% decrease in the average organoid area) (Fig 2A and 2B).
