As summarized in Table 1, drawing from both the in-house survival data and TCGA analyses conducted in these studies for OS, high levels of DARS-AS1 expression are predictive of poorer OS in a range of cancer types, including gastric cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, triple-negative breast cancer, cervical cancer, acute myeloid leukemia, UVM, KICH, KIRP, MESO, GBM, and LGG. Here, DARS1 is linked to lung adenocarcinoma.
