ALK and laryngotracheoesophageal cleft: It is important to mention that RIB has been tested in LC models and it shows that high doses of RIB in ALK+NSCLC models could promote tumorigenic progression [50] but, RIB has not been tested for ALK+ NSCLC, the antitumoral role of RIB and its interaction with the cdALK+ (with similar mechanisms of FDA-approved iALK such as CRZ, ALE, BRI, CER, and LOR) reinforces the need for further experiments assessing its effect as iALK.
