In addition, seven gene panels (Neu_c3_CST7, RSAD2_Neu, S100A2/Pabpc1_Neu, ISG15/Ifit3_Neu, CD74_Neu, PTGS2/Actg1_Neu, SPP1_Neu) were high specific in all the four NSCLC-associated samples, meaning that changes in the percentage of these cell populations would have a high degree of confidence in assessing changes of disease status. This evidence concerns the gene ISG15 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
