ALB and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes: In the univariate analysis, age < 60 years, presence of lymph node metastasis, borderline or locally advanced resectability, no adjuvant chemotherapy, post-operative CA 19-9 level > 30 U/mL, decreased pre-operative albumin level, increased pre-operative total bilirubin level, and S100A2 H-score < 5 were significantly associated with early recurrence.
