We then administrated Oleuropein to SCID mice once the teratomas were palpable (Fig. 6a), and found that treatment with Oleuropein effectively reduced aneuploid teratoma volume (Supplementary Fig. 12a and Source data file) and partially rescued the deficiency of aneuploid ESC differentiation, as evidenced by significantly decreased proportions of OCT4+ cells in the teratoma (Fig. 6b). The gene discussed is POU5F1; the disease is teratoma.
