Analysis of single-cell clusters demonstrated that TNF signalling via NF-κB, is significantly downregulated in CML-exposed macrophages found in C2 (FDR q = 0.046, NES = −1.59) and C6 (C6: FDR q = 0.044, NES = −1.56; Supplementary Fig. 7a, b).
